Training and preparations
How should I prepare?
We have collected participant information and rules in separate documents for the three races Loffer’n, Elvenøkken and Fløter’n on our registration page.
You can find a set of recommendations for outdoor swimming and preparations together with the overview of our outdoor training sessions. You are of course most welcome to join one or more of these sessions. We also have a separate page where we take a closer look at safety and outdoor swimming.

How do I get to the GlommaDyppen arena?
We want you to make use of environmentally friendly travel options as much as possible. There are good train connections from both Oslo/Lillestrøm and Kongsvinger/Årnes to both Nerdrum Station and Fetsund Station. From Nerdrum Station, it’s about a 6–8 minute walk, and from Fetsund Station about 8–10 minutes, to our event venue at Fetsund Lenser. It is also easy to get to Fetsund by bus, here too it is 8-10 minutes to walk to our arena from the nearest bus stop. The nearest bus stop is “Herredshuset, Zone 3Ø”. It is also possible to drive to Fetsund Lenser.
