We wish all swimmers from near and far a warm welcome to a very special meet organized just for you. The idea is that you regularly get the opportunity to measure progress in your training in the pool, meet others who use swimming to keep fit, and maybe get some training tips or suggestions for improvements in your own swimming technique. We will do our best to create a good atmosphere and a relaxed and pleasant setting around the meet.

The meet will take place in the swimming pool at Asak skole, Branderudveien 91, 2015 Asak.

The pool is 25 meters long with 6 lanes, separated by wave-breaking lane ropes.

The water temperature is about 29-30 degrees C.

SCHEDULE:

15:30 hrs – Warm-up

15:30 hrs – Start of meet
